2) add TXT verification to your DNS zone

3) reduce current MX TTL to 600

4) add oldmail and/or oldwebmail DNS records

5) create users

6) login to each user and enable POP/IMAP

7) Activate Mail

8) Add MX records

10 aspmx.l.google.com
20 alt1.aspmx.l.google.com
20 alt2.aspmx.l.google.com
30 aspmx2.googlemail.com
30 aspmx3.googlemail.com

9) client reconfigures mail clients:

IMAP Client Setup:
